چکیده
With the miniaturization of crystals-based photoelectric devices, electrode contact-geometries may play a critical role in determining device performance. However, investigation contact geometries situ faces great challenges due to geometry is typically unmodifiable. To this end, kind liquid metal employed as an adaptive-deformable study carrier transport through perovskite microcrystals, which contacts geometries/positions and thus carrier-pathways can be adjusted. Under light illumination, spike feature photocurrent observed when carriers along microcrystal surface upon edge-contact geometry, absent mainly crystal interior top-contact geometry. Switching, rectifying, memristor functions are selectively realized just by modifying The underlying mechanism for observations further elucidated. This provides platform studying microscale crystals with adjustable supplies approach fabricating diverse functional devices changing contact-geometries.

Charge transport through one-dimensional Moiré crystals
Moiré superlattices were generated in two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals heterostructures and have revealed intriguing electronic structures. The appearance of mini-Dirac cones within the conduction and valence bands of graphene is one of the most striking among the new quantum features. A Moiré superstructure emerges when at least two periodic sub-structures superimpose. 2D Moiré patterns have...
متن کاملOrganic Charge Carriers for Perovskite Solar Cells.
The photovoltaic field is currently experiencing the "perovskite revolution". These materials have been known for decades, but only recently have they been applied in solid-state solar cells to obtain outstanding power conversion efficiencies. Given that the variety of perovskites used so far is limited, a lot of attention has been devoted to the development of suitable organic charge-transport...
متن کاملGeometry of curves and surfaces through the contact map
We introduce a new approach to the study of affine equidistants and centre symmetry sets via a family of maps obtained by reflexion in the midpoints of chords of a submanifold of affine space. We apply this to surfaces in R, previously studied by Giblin and Zakalyukin, and then apply the same ideas to surfaces in R, elucidating some of the connexions between their geometry and the family of ref...
متن کاملImmobilized enzymes: crystals or carriers?
The advantages of immobilized over soluble enzymes arise from their enhanced stability and ease of separation from the reaction media, leading to significant savings in enzyme consumption. Immobilization methods range from binding to prefabricated carrier materials to packaging in enzyme crystals or powders. During their use, mass-transfer effects can produce substrate or pH gradients, which re...
